Our fish and seafood is from Campbells who supply us only with fish and seafood landed in Scottish waters. All dairy produce such as butter, milk and cream is from family run business McQueens Dairies. Our ice cream is from James Rizza & Sons Ltd, Aberdeenshire. Other suppliers are Vegan Bay Baker of Balmedie and Ythan Bakery of Ellon who are committed to supplying the best artisan produce.
