We work closely with these hand-picked producers ensuring that we can offer you the finest local and seasonal produce. We are also lucky enough to have our home-grown fruit and vegetables from the estate grounds. We only use Scottish beef in our restaurants and this is supplied by G McWilliam from herds reared by Millers of Speyside. Traditional Scottish pork is supplied by Ingram’s of Aberdeenshire. Our fish and seafood is from Campbells who supply us only with fish and seafood landed in Scottish waters. All dairy produce such as butter, milk and cream is from family run business McQueens Dairies. Our ice cream is from James Rizza & Sons Ltd, Aberdeenshire. Other suppliers are Ythan Bakery of Ellon who are committed to supplying the best artisan produce.
