Famous for its truly remarkable depth and complexity, the 2012 is particularly elegant with over a decade of ageing softening the tannins into a silky mouth feel. The blackberry and cassis notes are intense and expected. On the finish there is a curious blueberry and green pepper note that brightens the wine, keeping you reaching for another sip.
