Ezsencia is the name given to the ultra-rare wines produced from the free run juice of Tokaji Aszu. Amongst the most expensive and rare wine in the world, it is only produced in the best years. This wine is fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old oak to give a lovely mouth feel while retaining the fresh purity of the fruit. NIVARIUS RIOJA BLANCO EDITION LIMITADO 2019 BIN 51 Spain / Rioja 13% Nivarius means snow drift, which suits this white rioja perfectly. BENANTI ETNA BIANCO SUPERIORE CONTRADA RINAZZO 2022 BIN 18 Italy / Sicily / Etna 12.0% Benanti helped put Etna wines on the map and this one is a stunner. Grown at almost 2600 feet above sea level on Europe's most active Volcano, Flint stone and smoke burst onto the palate before unfurling to reveal tart grapefruit and green apple notes. An almost nutty salinity combines well with herb notes that linger in the mouth long after the wine is gone. SCHLOSS JOHANNISBERG GG TROCKEN RIESLING 2021 BIN 32 Germany / Schloss Johannisberg 13.0% GG riesling are fast becoming the darlings of the wine world. This silver seal expression from one of Germany's greatest vineyards is certainly one of the finest rieslings on the market. Mellow apricot, pear, delicate floral notes and just a hint of smoky minerality.
